Amanda Pinto Regan, Founder
Amanda is an expert communications strategist with more than 19 years of experience in journalism and senior-level strategic communications leadership. She spent 12 years leading within complex, mission-driven nonprofits.
​
For over a decade, Amanda led communications at a network of public charter schools. In this role, Amanda managed an eight-member, multi-state team responsible for strategic communications, marketing, advocacy, and community relations for the network's 41 schools and 15,000 students.

Next, Amanda led communications for Connecticut's only Black-led education advocacy nonprofit. She developed a legislative communications campaign that secured a $150 million increase in the state education budget and ghost-wrote testimony, op-eds, and public speaking commentary for more than 30 prominent Black pastors in Connecticut's largest cities.

Amanda is an award-winning journalist who began her career in print and multimedia journalism. Her experience at publications including The Boston Globe, Connecticut Post, The Norwalk Hour, and The New Haven Register provide her significant background knowledge on a wide range of topics, including local government, social services, police and emergency services, equity, arts, and culture and sports.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Print & Multimedia Journalism from Emerson College, where she was a member of the Gold Key Honor Society, news editor of the student newspaper, and captain of the women's soccer team.
